ANSARI INSTITUTE aims to maintain complete transparency regarding payments and services.

Counselling Services

Fees paid for counselling, consultation, documentation assistance, or admission guidance services are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by the user
  • Payment collected due to a technical error
  • Service could not be provided due to reasons solely attributable to our team

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after service commencement
  • Admission rejection by the educational board
  • Incomplete or incorrect documents provided by the student
  • Failure of the student to meet eligibility requirements
  • Delays caused by educational institutions or government authorities

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method.
